First, we talk.
Tell me what's going on with your family. I'll listen and help you figure out what kind of memory care your loved one actually needs — medically, day-to-day, and emotionally.
Then I do the legwork.
I'll come back with two or three communities that fit. No paid listings. No agendas. No pressure.
We tour together.
I'll come with you on visits. I'll ask the questions you wouldn't think to ask, and watch for the things you wouldn't think to watch for.
And I stay.
After move-in, I'm still here. Paperwork questions, care concerns, anything that comes up — call me.
